Description:

5″ diamond PCD cup wheel is manufactured with pro-quality PCD which makes it an ideal tool for removing tough coatings on concrete floor surface.

The coatings could be epoxy, mastics, glue, urethane, painting etc.

PCD bits are very hard and super abrasive resistance material which makes the PCD cup wheel quite easy for use.

Unlike those diamond cup wheels, PCD cups never grind the coatings. Instead, it penetrates, cuts those coatings and remove them in quite an efficient way.

Our PCDCP005 series PCD cup wheels done with light shanks and with small size 3X3x8 mm PCD chips which could lead to a quite aggressive and smooth using.

An angle grinder is always the right equipment for installing those PCD cup wheels. 7/8″ arbor with an 5/8″-11 /M14 threaded adapter are very common supplies.
